We start with strategy and design in Figma, then build the approved design in Webflow. After testing and QA, we launch the site and walk your team through the setup. You get a website that’s ready to launch and easy to keep growing.

Seed projects launch in 6 to 8 weeks, Growth in 8 to 12 weeks, and Enterprise takes a minimum of 12 weeks. The exact timeline is set in your scope before we start.

The prices are starting points. The final flat fee depends on the scope: sitemap, number of pages and sections, CMS requirements, animation complexity and integrations. Once agreed, the price and deadline are fixed.

Yes. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Framer or custom-coded, we handle all of it. We keep your URLs, metadata and redirects in place so you don’t lose rankings.

All final stakeholders join the initial discovery call, and we need at least one website or design that inspires you. During the project, we ask for written feedback on each design round within 2 business days. Day-to-day, we work in a shared Slack channel, with weekly calls for bigger decisions and Notion for milestones.

Up to 3 rounds. If you don’t like where the design is going after that, you get a full refund before development starts.

We pause, quote the change and update the timeline before continuing, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Projects are split into four milestone payments: 20% deposit to start, 30% on design approval, 40% when development is complete and 10% after handover and training. The full schedule is agreed upfront.

You do. The Webflow site, Figma files and all assets are transferred to your accounts at handover.

We train your team on the Webflow setup, CMS and page building system. If your team can’t build a new page in 15 minutes, we train you 1:1 for free until they can. Every bug in what we built is fixed for free for 6 months. For ongoing design or development, you can continue with Ongoing Support.

No. Webflow is our default, because it lets your marketing team edit and build pages without a developer. For projects that need more flexibility, such as heavy custom logic, very large content sets or a codebase your engineers want to own, we build with Astro and Sanity CMS. Same approach either way: component-based, design-system driven and easy to edit. Not sure which fits? We’ll recommend one on the discovery call.

For sites we didn’t build, we start with a short audit, so we know the structure before we touch anything.

Your team keeps handling content and page updates in Webflow. Ongoing support is for growing the site: new sections and components, integrations and tracking, site speed, SEO/AEO, AI skills and rules for your brand, and design assets for your marketing. We also suggest improvements proactively, so the site keeps getting better, not just maintained.

Design and development. That includes new pages, sections and components, website and marketing design, social media graphics, new or improved integrations, tracking, SEO/AEO, technical fixes and bulk updates.

How close you want us and how fast you need things. Async works by email with monthly check-ins, for teams that know what needs doing. Sync joins your Slack with weekly calls and brings ideas, not just tickets. Real-time adds ad hoc calls, priority over every other client and replies within 4 business hours.

Every plan includes 20 hours per month. Extra hours are billed at your plan’s hourly rate at the end of the month. If you know you’ll need more, you can buy hours upfront: a 10-hour block at 5% off, or a 20-hour block at 10% off. Prepaid hours are used after your monthly hours and stay valid for 3 months. Your monthly plan is still invoiced on the 1st, even if you have prepaid hours left.

Unused hours don’t roll over, because we reserve your hours in our team’s schedule each month. That’s how we plan capacity and keep our reply times. That said, we’re flexible: if a quiet month leaves hours on the table, talk to us and we’ll find a fair solution.

Through your plan’s channel: email on Async, a shared Slack channel on Sync and Real-time. We confirm the estimate before starting anything bigger.

Every task is logged, and you get a monthly overview of where your hours went. We let you know before your included hours run out.

Your plan, including the 20 hours, is invoiced on the 1st of each month with a 7-day payment term. Any extra hours are invoiced separately at the end of the month, at your plan’s hourly rate.

No. You commit one month at a time. Let us know before the 1st and you can switch plans, pause or stop from the next month. Most clients stay because the work compounds, not because a contract keeps them there.

Your first month is backed by a full refund. We also guarantee reply times: if we miss yours, up to 5 hours of work on that request is free. And if one of our changes breaks something that worked, we fix it for free, without using your hours. Conditions apply.
