These Terms cover use of the Website only. Client services are governed by separate agreements and statements of work.

We provide website design, Webflow development, UX/UI design, design systems, and related digital services.

2. Using the Website

The Website is intended for business users. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18, have full legal capacity, and are acting for business rather than consumer purposes.

You may not:

• use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently;
• attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• interfere with its operation, security, or availability;
• copy, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without our written permission;
• infringe our rights or those of any third party.

Automated access. Except for search engine crawlers respecting our robots.txt, you may not scrape, harvest, or extract the Website by automated means. We expressly reserve all rights in respect of text and data mining, including for training or developing AI or machine learning models, under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and equivalent national law.

Nothing on the Website grants you any licence to our intellectual property unless expressly stated.

4. Frameworks and Know-How

We use proprietary and third-party frameworks, component systems, methodologies, reusable components, and tools in delivering our services. Using these in a project does not transfer ownership of them to a client. Ownership and licensing for any specific project is governed by the applicable client agreement.

5. Portfolio and Case Studies

Project examples, case studies, and testimonials on the Website are illustrative. Results described reflect individual projects and are not a guarantee of results for any other project. References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement. Use of client trademarks and materials is subject to the permissions applicable to each project.

6. Third-Party Services

The Website links to third-party services. In particular, our "Schedule a Call" buttons lead to Cal.com's appointment scheduling service, currently available through cal.eu and may transition to cal.com. When you follow such a link you leave the Website, and the provider's own terms and privacy policy apply.

We also display an email address for direct contact. Please do not send confidential information by unencrypted email.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Providers and their domains may change without notice.

Details of how we handle personal data are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current, but do not warrant that it is complete or current at all times, that the Website will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free from errors or vulnerabilities. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

These Terms are published in English only; the English version is authoritative.

12. General

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the invalid provision is replaced where possible by a valid one reflecting its original purpose.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and GeekyGrowth Studio regarding your use of the Website.
